Fishing and Canoeing

Gear: waterproof and warm changing clothes, a cap, water can, sweets, mosquito repellent lotion, sun lotion, first-aid kit.
1ST DAY – Arrival
- Transfer to Tulcea, if required
- Meeting the guide in Tulcea – The Gate to the Danube Delta
- Transfer by car to Câşliţa village
- Camping in locals backyard, right next to Câşliţa Lake
- Traditional fish-based dinner with the locals (included)
2ND DAY – First day in the delta
Canoeing Tour from Câşliţa Lake – 7 Tevi Channel – Tulcea Arm
White & Dalmatian Pelicans, Pygmy Cormorant,
Glossy Ibis, Penduline Tit and the majestic White-tailed Eagle are just some of the star species a birdwatcher can see on this day.

- Pitching the tents right next to the Danube

3RD DAY – Fishing on 36 Channel
Canoeing Tulcea Arm – 36 Channel
On our way to the fishing grounds we have the opportunity to admire Tulcea from the Danube.
- Very early in the morning, while admiring the sunrise we can try our luck with the fishing rods
- Breakfast (included)
- We head downstream towards Tulcea Town and 36 Channel
- Picnic lunch (included)
- Pitching the tents on the banks of 36 Channel, one of the favorite fishing area of the locals (cat fish, carp, crucian carp)
- Picnic dinner (included)
4TH DAY – Fortuna Lake
36 Channel – Sireasa Channel – Păpădia Channel – Fortuna Lake – Cânjala Channel
- Breakfast (included)
- Birdwatching an photo opportunities on Sireasa Channel
- Picnic lunch (included)
- If time allows it, fishing and relaxing on Fortuna Lake, a well known place for its pikes, for its clear waters and large amounts of birds
- Camping in a willow forest next to the lake
- Dinner (included)
5TH DAY – The hidden lakes
Cânjala Channel – Rotundu Lake – Lighenutu – Vacarel Lake – Fortuna Lake
- Breakfast (included)
- After breakfast we head for Rotundu Lake, Lighenutu and Vacarel Lake
- Picnic lunch (included)
- We spend afternoon fishing and relaxing on Fortuna Lake
- Camping in a willow forest next to the lake
- Dinner (included)
6TH DAY – From the wild delta to the urban landscape
- Early breakfast (included)
- After breakfast we head for Maliuc and Take the ferry to Tulcea
- 11:00 arrival in Tulcea and saying goodbye to the guide
- Lunch (not included)
- Transfer to Bucharest Baneasa Airport (4.5h)*

Please mind the following during the trip:
1. Upon leaving the camping site, please do collect all generated waste;
2. After fishing, only the necessary fish for the meal will be kept. The rest will be released back to water;
3. Neither animals (birds, reptiles, mammals) nor plants will be harmed and/or collected along the trip;
4. No music players or any other devices which could phonically harm the environment will be tolerated

Book me in for october, have to see who and how many i take with me. Off course Dan only wenn you have the time
Fishing in the donau catching a cat fish , be together with you in the nature, sound like fun. You can bring the guitar
